Which countries is this for?
Orkestro courier booking is available for outlets in the UK and other countries outside India. Tell us where your outlet is and we will confirm coverage.
Do I need an Orkestro account?
You can connect your own Orkestro account with an API key. If you would rather not manage one, ask us about arranging couriers through Ritaya.
Can I still use HubRise for deliveries?
Yes. Each outlet chooses its delivery partner, so you can use Orkestro at one outlet and HubRise at another.
Does the driver get the right address and order details?
Yes. The delivery address, customer contact and items are sent automatically when you book, with any special instructions you have added.
