Message Only People Who Agreed

Good marketing starts with permission. Ritaya records who said yes, how, and what they agreed to, and respects every opt-out.

  • Collect consent at the POS counter, on your ordering website, or with a join page and QR code
  • Stores the wording each customer agreed to
  • Opt-outs (a STOP reply or an unsubscribe link) are honoured automatically
  • An uploaded list can never re-subscribe someone who opted out; bounced addresses are skipped

The Right Audience in a Few Clicks

Pick who should hear from you and see how many people that is, and what it will cost, before anything is sent.

  • Ready audiences: customers who stopped coming, new customers, regulars, big spenders, and those who never ordered
  • Your own customer tags, like VIP or Biryani Lover, set by staff or by rules on order history
  • Preview the number of people and the estimated cost first
  • Schedule a campaign or send it now

Set It Once: Win-Back & Welcome

Some messages should simply happen. Switch on a win-back message for customers who drift away, and a welcome message after a first order.

  • Win-back for customers who have not ordered in a while
  • Welcome message after a customer’s first order
  • Quiet hours, so nobody is messaged late at night
  • A limit on how often one person is messaged

Marketing Campaigns FAQs

Can I message all my existing customers?
Only customers who have opted in. That is deliberate: it protects your sender reputation and your customers' trust. Collect consent at the counter and online, and your list grows with every order.
How do customers opt out?
By replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link in the message. Ritaya then stops messaging them on that channel.
What do WhatsApp and SMS cost?
They are charged per message from your wallet, and you see an estimate before you send. Email is not charged per message.
What are customer tags?
Labels like VIP or Biryani Lover. Staff can set them in the admin panel or on the POS, and rules can set them automatically from order history. You can then send a campaign to a tag.
How is it priced?
It is an add-on to your Ritaya plan. Ask our team for the current price for your business.
